I like Pokeroot and Drupe  but put those two together in just one tile was not so easy and a real Challenge for me!

I vind Pokeroot en Drupe 2 mooie tangles maar een combinatie van deze twee in één tile,  was niet zo evident en het was een echte uitdaging voor mij!

Yours is a very original take on this duotangle challenge to use Drupe and Poke Root. Your composition is very elegant. I really like your use of the Renaissance colors and that your Poke Roots look like pearls.

Thanks to Laura, we learn every week a little bit more. Without her, I would never make a drawing, only with Drupe and Pokeroot and when I began it was not evident, but after 2 “try outs” I liked my result, I’m glad you like my choise of using a Renaissance tile. Thank you Suzanne.

Thank you Bine, I’ve never used Pokeroot as border but now I had to make the combination of Drupe and Pokeroot and so I tried to use them as border and I glad you like it!

De uitdaging is deze keer vooral om er iets anders dan het te verwachtte van te maken denk ik. Jij deed dit leuk.

Ria, I love your tile. The colors and highlights really make it stand out. Sometimes the greatest challenges turn out the best. And it is very beautiful.

Thank you very much Melena and yes that is right: the greatest challenges can turn out the best, I never would make this combination but thanks to the Diva I did it. I like your tile too, unfortunately I’m not on social media, so I’m very sorry I can’t give feedback by that way.

Thank you Jean, Zentangle gives me more and more pleasure, I like these challenges so much: on monday you see the challenge of the week and think: oh no that is nothing for me, than you do your best, give it a try and yes something nice is growing… and then receiving comments of friendly people and giving also comments: it is really fun!

Hello Ria, how smart you were to complete this challenge on a Renaissance tile! I love seeing the highlights on both tangles jump out and shine! Your simple pokeroot border with a single aura is just right.

Initially I didn’t find this an easy challenge, therefore I’ve used a Rennaissande tile ( more special) A touch of white gives always a nice result on these tiles. I’m glad you like my work, thank you for this nice compliment!
