A wonderful new tangle with so many possibilities to” fill” the inside. I have chosen a Renaissancetile and used a sepia micron-pen. I filled the inside with Squid and Sez, drawn with a black pen and colored with ordinary colorpencils. To finish, I have drawn N’Zeppel on the background with a chalkpencil and made some highlights with a white gellypen.

Thank you Anita, indeed it is a tricky tangle but a nice one and now with your circle it will become more easier to draw.
Have a nice week and keep on tangling.

This tile is soooo lovely, Ria! Your color choices are so complementary to your tangles, line art, and shading. It’s a fantastic piece!

I, like Susan, love everything about it. The colors are fantastic and an inspiration to pull out a Renaissance tile! (Mine just always seem so blah.) Thank you for your kind words on my blog. I know that you were sad and reluctant to put down your pens just a couple months ago, but are now back to drawing beautifully. I’ll try to keep this in mind, dear Ria!

Everything about this tile is wonderful … color and composition. Especially love the pattern added behind Waybop. Adds depth and interest.

Thank you Melissa. I don’t find Waybop an easy tangle to draw, but both Sez and Squid are nice and very easy tangles, exactly what I needed to “fill” my Waybop, I’m glad you like the result.

Thank you Deanne, When I use colorpencils, I always like the results more on tan tiles and about Squid: this is really an easy tangle, much easier than Waybop!

Thanks Heike, I like to draw on these tan tiles, the colours are always a bit brighter and I like to use a white chalkpencil. I’m glad you like my tile, but you know, I like yours too.

Ria, your Waybop tile is gorgeous. What a great use of the inside spaces, and the colors really set off the Waybop tangle wonderfully. Doing N’Zeppel in the background so very lightly definitely enhances the whole tile. It is all beautiful.

Thank you very much Melena for this nice comment but you have also made a very nice interpretation of your Waybop in combination with a beautiful drawn Arukas and Knightspeek. I do like this tile very much.

Thank you Simone. I have drawn Way Bop only one time before and therefore I have chosen to use easy tangles. Squid gives always a nice result and it is also a pleasant tangle to draw.
