This entry was made for number 200 of Joey’s weekly challenges. Congratulations for so much inspiration! This tile was based on the string 165 and Joey suggested us to use  Exeter, a new pattern for me. On my drawing you can notice: Shattuck, Florz, Metroz, Caviar and finally Exeter.  First, I decided   to keep it  simple in black/white but I couldn’t resist at the end  to add a  final touch of colour: yellow, orange and braun. Let’s go to the next 200…

Beautiful tile! I love how you colored the Metroz; it looks like red gemstones. It kind of has a futuristic or science fiction feel, very cool and very unique!!

Metroz is a tangle of Anya Ipsen, a German tangler. I used this pattern a long time ago but last week, I saw it again on a calendar page of Simone Menzel, drawn by Anya herself and I said to myself, on next tile, I will use that lovely pattern again. I’m glad you like the result and I wanna thank you for a wonderful challenge. Wish you all the best for the future.

Thank you very much Gudrun. It is very difficult for me to draw just in black/white. I’m glad you like my result.
It was a nice surprise to see your tile this week, a wonderful combination of Toodles and Scena, that looks really great and I love your used colours!!!
