After a wonderful holliday, it is nice to be back home and have time to draw again.  I didn’t know Friendship but I’m glad I learned this pattern by joining this interesting challenge. As Joey asked, you see this tangle in the centre of the tile, surrounded by Cruffle, Tipple, Flux, Stircles and Jester. When I look through the window, I see a green explosion under a blue sky and those are the colours I have used on this tile.

Ria, you always know how to make your tiles simple, but immensely interesting to look at. While I would have probably drawn friendship across the circles, you interrupt them with knightsbridge. CLEVER!!!

Thank you very much Susie for the feedback.I’m glad you find this tile clever, never thought in that way. I just draw Friendship and thought immediately to fill the circle with other round tangles (Cruffle) and Stircles is also a pattern that I use regulary but it was a bit to simple, so I added Marie Browning’s Jester and I liked it, gives a bit a cheerful feeling to the composition.

I’m surrounded by green at this time of the year, so it was not difficult to choose colours to get a bitinto the right atmosphere.

Oooh, I like that, Ria. Love the colors you’ve used with it. I think “Friendship” is a great tangle, one that is really appropriate for those of us who tangle and are part of a tangling community, so to speak.

I’m so glad you had a good trip, and am even more glad that you made it home safely!!

    Hugs.

Thank you so much for your kind comment, makes me very glad Joyce. I agree that Friendship is a great tangle and very nice to colour.
I enjoyed my trip but it’s good to be back home and take time for my wonderful hobby: drawing Zentangletiles!
Wish you also the best and a big hug.
